How many CE credits do I have?
-The best place to see how many current CE credits you have and how many CE credits you need, please go to the Division Website,realestate.utah.gov.You will sign in to the License Management System to find your education information.
I am a new member, what classes do I need to take and when?
-You need to complete the New Member Orientation course (Professionalism in Real Estate) and the Code of Ethics Course within in the first 60 days of joining UCAR. If you received your license after July 1, 2007, you are required to take the "12 Hour New Agent Course" during your first 2 years.
How many credit hours of continuing education do I need to complete each renewal period?
-Each REALTOR® is required to complete at least 18 hours of continuing education before their license expired (every 2 years). Of the 18 credit hours, at least 9 of those hours have to be "CORE" classes. The other 9 hours can be "CORE" or elective.
How can I register for a class with UCAR?
-You can call the office, 801-226-3777, email your registration information to Natalie@ucaor.com, or register at www.ucaor.com. If registering online, click on the Education tab and then click log-in to register.

Supra ActiveKey Information
What are the options for getting a key?
- You have two options: 1. You can get the ActiveKey which is just a regular key that you use to open the boxes or 2. You can get Supra Key software on your smartphone. Many phones may require the use of a FOB which is a $50 purchase. Some agents find it convenient to have the key on their phone. The lease is the same whether you get the key or the key software. You can get the key and the software at out office.
How do I update my Supra Key?
- You do not need to update your key, it will do this by itself through the cell towers.
My key says "Communication Error", what do I do?
-The best thing to solve this problem is to reset the key. There is a Reset hole on the back of the key, put a paperclip in the hole to reset the key.
My key still won't work, who do I call?
-Call the Supra Tech Support at 877-699-6787
