This course is designed to enhance the ability to properly use a calculator in the real estate profession. The student will understand the basics of arithmetic operations, correcting entries, multiple registers and other basic principles. The student will be introduced to time-value-of-money registers, amortization, percents, solving for rate, and more. The use of these procedures will be applied to the calculation of commissions, square footage, cash flow analysis, annual property operating data and financing. This course will give everyone the opportunity to learn the most efficient skills involving a calculator. |
