Leuri Zibetti

Presidio Property Management

I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Brazilian immigrants. I traveled back and forth to Brazil, by land, in a Motorhome three times in my childhood and teenage years, becoming fluent in Spanish and Portuguese in the process.

After graduating from West High School, I became a certified Electrologist and Aesthetician, in New Orleans, Louisiana, and also studied Computer Programming. Upon moving back to Utah in 1985, where Electrolysis and Aesthetics was not a recognized license, I went to work for a Student Housing Property Management company. It was there that I discovered a passion for accounting and business, which led to working with various Law Firms in Utah and Washington DC, implementing and automating accounting systems for the next 20 years.

After becoming a Real Estate Agent in 2005 I worked with Coldwell Banker for three years and then joined forces with Vision Real Estate, specializing in Property Management. The next 10 years were spent learning from some of the best in the business. I served as their Director of Business Development until 2018 at which point I opened the Property Management Division at Presidio Real Estate.

While I hold several designations, including ePro, PSA, ABR, PMN, UPRO, CIPS, AHWD and CPM, I am most honored to be a Member of Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2007. I have served as President of a Local Network, as State Treasurer for two years, Governor of Women’s Council State, Utah State Liaison and have served two terms on the Women’s Council National Finance & Budget Committee. I served on the UCAR Board of Directors for 2020-2022 (such a great experience) and served as Global Ambassador for NAR to Brazil, Chile, and Colombia in 2020. I currently serve on the Government Affairs Committees for Rental Housing Association, UCAR, IREM, NARPM local and NARPM National.

Many of my fellow Agents know how passionate I am about Property Management and I share my experiences via reels on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. I am always happy to discuss Property Management with any Agent at any time.

I am married to Stevan Davis, known to many for his years as a Loan Officer with Axiom Financial. We have three adult children and eight grandchildren. I have numerous hobbies, but I particularly love to read, travel and dance.
