Since its founding in 1921, the Utah Central Association of REALTORS® has been the local echo of the state and national goal of providing The Voice for Real Estate. You might have heard the terms real estate agent and REALTOR®, but you might not be aware that they are not the same thing. A REALTOR® is monitored and held to a higher standard of ethics. Organized on the national, state and local level, our non-profit association is dedicated to helping our REALTORS® be professionally cooperative, protect property rights, and enhance the REALTOR® image. We pride ourselves on professionalism and our image in the community.

Our Mission

The Utah Central Association of REALTORS® exists to provide top-notch programs, products, and services that enable our membership to deliver the highest quality of professional service to their clients. We will be the leading advocate for the real estate industry and property rights issues in Utah, Carbon, Daggett, Duschene, Emery, Garflield, Grand, Juab, Piute, San Juan, Sevier, Uintah, and Wayne counties.
