Distinguished service Recognition
Due Friday, January 19, 2024 by 5 p.m.

The Excellence in Real Estate award has been renamed the Distinguished Service Recognition. Only minor changes have been made to the application. Please read carefully and become familiar with the new document.

The Distinguished Service Recognition applications will still be used to choose the UCAR Realtor® of the Year. Must apply using the form below to be nominated.

Realtor® of the Year

Realtors® must fill out the Distinguished Service Recognition Application to be considered for the Realtor® of the Year. The Realtor® of the Year Committee will then review the nominations and announce the official recipient at the Top 250 Luncheon in February of 2024

Affiliate Of the year
Due Friday. January 19, 2024 by 5 p.m.

All those who have filled out this form will be eligible for the Affiliate of the Year recognition. This recognition is chosen by the Recognition Committee and approved by the UCAR Board.

Lifetime Achievement Recognition

Board Tour

The Board Tour meets once a week and tours homes that are for sale with the listing agent. As well as providing a networking opportunity with other agents, the Tour is a great opportunity to see homes your own client might be interested in. The selling agent also has the opportunity to get feedback from the other agents about the property. Everyone is welcome!
