Jennifer Belliston is a proud member of the Utah Central Association of REALTORS®, the Utah Division of Real Estate, and the National Association of REALTORS®. As a second-generation REALTOR®, Jennifer brings both experience and passion to the profession, with a strong commitment to supporting her colleagues and strengthening the real estate community.

Her journey in real estate began during college as a transaction and office manager. In 2006, Jennifer earned her real estate license along with a Bachelor of Science degree. Since then, she has built a respected career rooted in expertise, collaboration, and advocacy.

Jennifer has served the Central Utah Association of REALTORS® in many capacities since 2010, including as a member of the Board of Directors, the Social Committee, Affiliate Committee and the RPAC Committee. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors, where she focuses on fiscal responsibility, leadership, and the long-term success of the association.

Jennifer resides in Lindon with her husband, Chandler, and their three children—Kellin, Blakely, and Scottie. Her family is actively involved in sports, with her two girls in club soccer, and she coaches one of her daughter’s soccer teams while cheering on her son in mountain biking. Together, they enjoy traveling, camping, skiing, boating, and making the most of Utah’s great outdoors.
