I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of Brazilian immigrants. I lived between both countries and traveled extensively in Central and South America growing up (becoming fluent in Spanish and Portuguese along the way), eventually graduating from West High School in Salt Lake City.

After working as the Finance Specialist for various Law Firms in Salt Lake City and Washington DC for many years, I became a Real Estate Agent in 2005, working with Coldwell Banker for three years and then joining forces with Vision Real Estate for 10 years, specializing in Property Management. I served as their Director of Business Development until 2018, at which point I opened the Property Management Division at Presidio Real Estate.

I have served in several capacities for Women’s Council of REALTORS® at the Local, State and National levels. I served on the UCAR Board of Directors in 2021-2023. I also served as Global Ambassador for NAR to Brazil, Chile, and Colombia in 2020. I currently serve on the Government Affairs Committees for the Rental Housing Association, UCAR, IREM, NARPM local, and NARPM National.

I am married to Stevan Davis, known to many for his years as a Loan Officer with Axiom Financial.  We have three adult children and eight grandchildren. I have numerous hobbies, but I particularly love to read, travel, and dance.
