Hi, I’m Kylie!

I’m excited and truly honored to be nominated for First Vice President of the Utah Central Association! I’m the Principal Broker of The Lance Group Real Estate in Central Utah, and after 20 years in this business, one thing I know for sure is that real estate never lets us get too comfortable. Just when you think you’ve mastered it, the industry evolves. I love that challenge! It keeps me learning, growing, and finding new ways to better serve.

What makes this journey so meaningful are the people I’ve met along the way. I’ve been blessed with incredible colleagues and clients who have shaped my career and inspired me daily. I truly believe gratitude brings abundance, and I carry that mindset into everything I do. Of course, I couldn’t have reached this point in my career without my amazing and supportive family—because let’s be honest, being married to a REALTOR® isn’t for the faint of heart 😉.
