I have been in real estate since 2005, and over the past two decades, I’ve experienced this industry as a REALTOR^®, broker, business owner, coach, mentor, and leader.

Today, I am the Broker/Owner of Maki Real Estate in Spanish Fork, where I lead and develop REALTORS^® at different stages of their careers. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach, speak, coach, and create educational programs for agents, including the Unbreakable Agent Academy.

I am seeking a position on the UCAR Board of Directors because I believe the people making decisions about our profession should remain closely connected to the REALTORS^® doing the work every day.

Our industry is changing quickly. Technology, consumer expectations, professional standards, and the way we do business continue to evolve. I believe our Association has an important role in helping REALTORS^® navigate those changes while advocating for our profession and maintaining the trust of the communities we serve.

I would bring the perspective of a working broker, educator, and agent advocate who has built her career here in Utah County. I believe in strong professional standards, practical education, collaboration across brokerages, and helping REALTORS^® build businesses that are both successful and sustainable.

After more than 20 years in this profession, I’m ready to give back in a greater way to listen, represent our members, and help strengthen the future of real estate in Utah County.
