The Distinguished Service Recognition is given to REALTORS® who exemplify superior dedication to their field, their clients, their community, and our Association. Eligibility is determined by a point system in 5 different areas: Participation; Leadership & UCAR Involvement; Education; Production; and Community & Civic Service. Additionally, honorees of the Distinguished Service Recognition are automatically considered for UCAR's REALTOR® of the Year.

Each year we honor one REALTOR® who stands out as the best of the best. In order to be considered for this recognition, REALTORS® must fill out the Distinguished Service Recognition Application. Honorees of the Distinguished Service Recognition are automatically considered for UCAR's REALTOR® of the Year — No additional application or information is required.

The Lifetime Achievement Recognition is awarded to REALTORS® who have not only been REALTORing™ for the past 20 consecutive years, but have managed to surpass the typical level of awesome and stepped into the realm of off-the-charts. It is given by nomination only, and may be given posthumously. Please see the application for further requirements. If you know someone who's been in this for a while and is deserving of this honor, we'd love to consider them for this recognition.

UCAR seems to constantly luck out with amazing Affiliates in our membership. The Master Affiliate Recognition is our way of telling them, Hey, we see you. Eligibility is determined by a point system in 4 areas: UCAR Participation; Sponsorships and Service; Attendance; and Business. Bonus: Honorees of the Master Affiliate Recognition are automatically considered for UCAR's Affiliate of the Year.

Think of the Affiliate of the Year Recognition as the REALTOR® of the Year's cool cousin. Given to just one Affiliate each year, this recognition distinguishes the extraordinary above-and-beyondness of our finest Affiliates. In order to be considered for this recognition, Affiliates must fill out the Master Affiliate Application. Honorees of the Master Affiliate Recognition are automatically considered for UCAR's Affiliate of the Year — No additional application or information is required.
